SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times for your location will be shared at checkout. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

International Orders International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
